I canceled the service within the 2 week trial period because I could not get reception within a 1/2 mile radius of my house. They then sent me a bill, charging me $30 for 7 minutes of usage during 2 week trial period.
When I called customer service about the bill, they were very rude to me and told me there was nothing they can do about it. Then they asked me if I wanted to reactivate the phone! I was planning on buying another Sprint PCS phone when I move in a week, until they refused to lower my payment.
They've lost me as a customer and I plan on advising my friends and family to choose a cellular service other then Sprint. Hopefully someone will read this and avoid getting themselves into this same situation.
