RE: Compaq 7000 - computer hardware, software problems, tech support issues i have not been at all pleased with your computer or tech service some are good but one was rude and many of them did not help me there to much to mention but when it fist got here the printer that came with it did not work they sent some more software but the explorer kept crashing we restore it many times before they sent me a hard drive but i spent many hours with a problem with norton if i had got the right person to begin with it would have saved me much trouble.

now i think the restore disk are bad but i restored 3 times i and my sound drivers do not load but they won't talk about sending me a new set i should have read the fine print my soft ware 90 days are about up and i was under the impresion i would get a xp up grade but that was misleading to you will get no free advertising from me but bad unless i get some satisfaction .

my suggestion that do what should have planned on all along buy dell but i thought compaq was a company you could trust
