RE: HOSPITALITY INN, WILLIAMSVILLE, NY - unable to get room cancellation My husband made reservations for a one night stay at HOSPITALITY INN, WILLIAMSVILLE, NY. After returning home we had to change our plans. My husband then called the hotel, which was apox. 1-2 hours later, and spoke to a woman named Gerri, he told her we would not be able to use the room and asked if we could get our money back. She said yes, that he just needed to come down to get it. So we left it at that. The next day, which was dec. 7.2001, he went don after work and asked for his refund. The manager asked for his cancellation number. He was not given one. The manager said you need to have one. So she then said she would talk to the other person, Gerri, and get her story. My husband called back on Monday dec. 10 and was told that because he did not use the work "cancel" that he would not get his money back. He told the lady he could not use the room. That was his cancellation so they will not give him his $66.60 refund for the room we never used. My husband is very upset with this hotel and we will never go again or advise anyone to. Do you know of anything we can do to fix this?
