I am to the boiling point. My payment for the month of November should not be late. But to no avail, does anyone want to help me? What is really frustrating is that the "customer reps" of US Bank corp are not held accountable.
If I call in Oct. and ask to have my pay date changed to the 15th of the month and am told, by that "customer rep) that it has been changed and the following month they pull on the original date and that is said to be my fault, what is wrong with this situation. Why should I pay 7.50 for a check over the phone fee and a late fee? The money was there on the 15th, and they still want to find me at fault. I am very upset that they didn't admit to their mistake.
At least there is research that has been initiated, which this will be for the second time, when they find out that it was not my fault, then will they do anything to make up for the "late fee"? I am looking for suggestions on ways to be heard and resolve the way my account has been handled.
I have been paying this loan for the past 4 years on time, and the only times that there have been problems is when I rely on their customer service. But then it is my fault. Well what are they there for? TM 11/29/01 From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Saturday, 01-Dec-01 13:06:00 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
