I have sent numerous emails to Mypoints.com regarding memberships,offers,etc. that I have joined or purchased and have not received points for.

 

I did receive 2 initial emails, and they told me my problem should be resolved within 24 hours.

 

I emailed them again yesterday asking for an update and a telepone number where I could speak to someone. I have not had a reply.

 

This is not the first time I have had this trouble.

 

Last month a duplicate account was set up in error. I notified them and they deleted both accounts.

 

They did re-establish the initial account, but would not credit my points that were put on the duplicate account. I have also emailed them about my visa card I got through Aria.

 

I was supposed to get points for each dollar spent. Never heard anything about that.

 

I would just like to get the credit for the points I should have.

 

I am about to lose all trust in their program.
