If you are looking to buy furniture, do not buy it from Kepley's Fine Furniture (aka Triad Furniture).

I placed my order on May 10, 2000, and I was told 10 - 12 weeks.

It is now about 18 weeks from the time I placed my order, and I still do not have my furniture.

I have been told that my furniture should arrive in early November, but everytime I call, the arrival time changes.

Some of my furniture has arrived at their warehouse in late August, and while they have promised to ship it, they are unable to tell me when they will be able to ship it.

It is now 4 weeks past when they said they would be able to ship the furniture that has arrived, but they have not been able to give me a delivery date.

This company does not return phone calls, the e-mail address on their web site does not work, and to date, they have not responded to my complaint that I have filed with the BBB.

Take my advice, and take your furniture business elsewhere.

Don't just take it from me though, check with the Myrtle Beach, SC BBB, and you will see that even though this company is a member in good standing with the BBB, it has a history of complaints with delay in delivery to customers.
