I do not see or find a section to complain about the quality and service and honesty of a particular web site.

I have been using the site iwin.com very regularly and I am having consistent problems collecting winnings I have earned and I do not get any responses from customer service when I contact them.

What can I do to verify their integrity and report or investigate what seem to be flagrant mistakes by them. Is there a section of complaints I have overlooked or is there another complaints site I may contact to investigagte their honesty.
