RE: Naturalizer Shoes

Dear Sir,

I bought a pair of Naturalizer shoes.

The inside of the shoes has these markings: 9 1/2 AAAA AAAAAA 142400 53 855N86 I wore them twice.

Once to a class reunion and then, last night to the symphany.

When I took them off last night, the soles had cracked right in half on the left shoe and the right side is cracked partially.

Also, when I wore them, both times the black on the inside of the shoe wore off onto my feet. Please explain why they are of such poor quality and why this happened.

I have enjoyed Naturalizer shoes for many years because of the excellent fit and style.

thank you
