I purchased a Seiko Kinetic watch in January 1998 from an authorized agent, Janvier Jewelers, Christiana Mall, Newark, Delaware.

After using the watch sparingly in the first two years, I began to wear it daily this year because my other watch got lost.

A number of problems have appeared with this watch. The crystal face developed scratches that I had imagined would not come about easily from normal use
