California Auto Insurance Specialist (AIS) unfair!

California Auto Insurance Group is very unfair.

They gave me a wrong quote of $1,072, charging me a $162 agent fee, then the insurance premium went up 50% to almost $1,600.

After calling them four times and finally visiting their office, they finally called me, telling me that they made an err when giving me the initial quote, but they can not refund me the agent fee anymore, since I signed a waiver when I paid that.

This is not a legal issue, it is an ethical and fairness issue.

They are doomed to lose customers in the future if they keep doing things like this.

I got tricked in by them!
