On 10/2-- I placed an on-line order with Leg's Go Digital for a CD player for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday is on October 8. On October 8 -- the order had not yet been delivered so I went out and purchased another CD player for her.

On October 11-- I returned home from work to find the package was delivered by UPS from another vendor. Since a return authorization number is REQUIRED in order to return -- On October 12 -- I called Let's Go Digital to request a Return Authorization number so that I could return the CD player "unopened".

I was asked why I had accepted the package.

I replied by saying that I was not home to accept the package, it was left at my door. They told me that someone had signed for the package. No one in my family signed for the package.

They told me that they would send me all the return information that I need in an email. On October 12 -- I sent a follow up email to Email User and to Email User requesting return authorization number.

On October 16 -- I sent yet another request to both email addresses asking again for a return authorization number.

On October 16 -- I received an email from OrdersTeam AT Let'sGoDigital stating that my request would be given to the returns department and that I would be contacted ASAP.

On October 16-- I received an email from "Marina" at Email User indicating that my order had been shipped on 10/9 and that she had no record of any tracking number.

On October 18-- I received an email stating that there is a seven day exchange policy - so no return authorization number can be issued.

PRETTY BAD!
