Here are my two stories from two orders: Order #1: Ordered close to $300 of Surefire equipment. They charged my card immediately and I didn't receive anything for over a month. It took over half a dozen calls before they informed me that the equipment drop shipped from the manufacturer. So basically they had my money interest free while they dragged their feet over a month. Order #2: Ordered about $80 worth of merchandise. They charged my card immediately, and the order showed 'shipped' on a UPS manifest the day after. It is now the 6th of March and it still shows 'manifest pickup' on UPS tracking since the 12th of February. Basically they are dragging their feet again and somehow have recognized revenue for this order along with charging my card, by showing it shipped even though it hasn't. Again the phone calls have started with no results on a promised 24hr response as to what happened to the order. Signed, Never ordering anything from Botach again From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 07-Mar-01 12:14:00 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
