They buy back your lemon and then resell it. What a bunch of crooked people! I'm still fighting with Chrysler over a Lemon 2001 Cherokee Classic!
They don't even know how to fix it and they haven't settled with me. They offer to buy it back minus a huge mileage useage fee plus any negative equity from your trade.
So in all reality you have to pay them to get out of your vehicle! I finally got a lawyer and found out there arbitration program isn't even certified in the state of WI. Don't buy Chrysler because you'll get screwed in the end. I know I never will!
