RE: AT&T Broadband / MediaOne - long wait on hold

Hello, I have been on hold with AT&T Broadband / Mediaone for about an hour... and

that is just THIS call. I thinkin the last week I have sat on hold for a

total of 5 hours. The sad thing is... I am supposedly able to set up "Home

Networking" via their website, but, for some reason "my request has not

been received, I will have to redirect your call to someone who is in your

territory"

"Where am I calling, I thought I dialed a local (770) area code phone number?"

"Oh, well, you have been redirected to Florida (I am in Atlanta)" Why was I redirected? I figure, they give me a customer service number in

MY area code, I should talk to someone in my area... well, apparently

not... I have to first WAIT an hour on the phone to talk to someone who

cannot help me out, and then wait on the phone for someone in my area to

free up or something.... ugh.... this is insane... ok... I am off hold....

great.... I have been transfered to the wrong extention and they need to

put me on hold AGAIN!!!!!! What can I do about this??? I WANT to pay them $10 extra a month for

extended service, so you would THINK that they would value a customer... I

just don't know."
