RE: Best Buy and Compaq Service

 

I have a problem getting in touch with Best Buy customer service regarding a repair on a laptop computer. I sent it into repair to fix a floppy drive and it came back with a slower processor.

 

After numerous attempts to find out the status I was referred to compaq and they Compaq had no record of the laptop in that current center. I was told to call Compaq by Best Buy. Of course I did not get a number to call or any information. It is going on 2 months, since I last saw my computer.
