(Note: a user registration is required before posting e-messages to the Complaints.com site.) _____________________ When about to board a plane at New York's Kennedy Airpor on March 19, 2001, I encountered probably one of the worst workers I have ever come across.
She would yell at passengers who were about to put their carry-ons through the x-ray machine, then proceeded to run the machine so fast that items got stuck in the machine and the items were spit out of the machine so quickly and violently that the cheesecake my journalism adviser had purchased the evening before to bring home toppled over and was messed up.
She had an overall bad attitude and was extremely rude and unprofessional in her manner. I didn't get a look at her name tag, but she was an Asian-looking woman whom the other attendant called Sue.
