RE: AT&T Long distance AT&T telemarketer called me with an offer for a long distance plan costing 7

cents per minute 24/7, with no monthly fee. Also offered $60 in credit on

my phone bill, and to pay for switching and switching back if not satisfied.

Guess what--when I received my bill yesterday they charged me a pro-rated

monthly fee and had signed me up for international long distance! I know I

never agreed to that because I make NO international calls.

When I called them, they said they had no such plan as was promised me, and offered me

another plan. (BAIT & SWITCH!). Boy, am I ticked at AT&T! I cancelled

their service, but, again they said they couldn't credit my bill for the

fees or the switching fee. THEY ARE LIARS AND DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR

TELEMARKETERS, WHO WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. DON'T BELIEVE

ANYTHING THEY SAY!
