I placed an order for a Kelty Tent on this website, which I found through Yahoo shopping. When I tried to contact the company by replying to their e-mail confirmation, I got my message back telling me it was not a valid address. I also tried emailing through yahoo' site at a separate e-mail address with the same results. Calling the company at their posted ph # 0f 510 638-2546 gets you to a recorded message with several options to press, each tells you this is not a valid choice. I think I was able to send a yahoo instant message via their website, but I haven't heard back. I get the feeling I'm being taken here!
