On June 4 I placed an order, and was told I would get an order confirmation within one hour. I still have not recieved it. So I went to the web site and check the order status, which says "processing". The help section of this web site says all orders will be processed the same day. It has now been 4 days. I have tried to contact the company via telephone and email, with no response. I get an answering machine when I call. I am terrified because they are no longer taking orders, as stated on the web site. They did say they would honor all orders taken up to midnight, June 5. But they have been ignoring me and my order. No wonder they are going out of business-they do not honor their promises, and they ignore their customers. They advertised a great deal at 40% off all their products, and it stated the one I order was "in stock". I will not give up on this. I have compained to the Federal Trade Commision and also the Better Business Bureau, because they have been false advertising, also stating that with ground shipment, I would recieve my order in 3-7 business days. I will get my stroller at 40% off, I will take this to court if I have to.
