We spent the weekend at the Venetian Hotel. They have the worst customer service at the registration/front desk. We were told that our room would be changed do to an error on their part and they kept putting us off. This went on during the 2 days that we stayed there. Our time was spent trying to correct this instead of enjoying our time in Las Vegas. The Venetian put us in a small room with 5 people when we made reservations for a large suite. We had no privacy! We asked to speak with Management and the problem was still not handled. They gave us one night free but never changed our room. We didn't need one night free, we needed a larger room with privacy! They said that the rooms needed to be cleaned and then they would move us. They told us this over a 48 hour period. "The rooms are still not clean." You would think that a large hotel such as The Venetian would have enough Housekeeping staff to clean one room! No one ever called us after telling us that they would.
