BEST BUY sold us a GE clothes dryer with an extended warranty (four year) and then ignored us when we needed service. Their service rep NEVER has GE parts and takes an average of six weeks to repair any problem and we have had plenty with this G.E. LEMON! Drum stops rotating; heating element that doesn't heat; on/off switch that does not turn on; sensors that don't sense. But the worst part is being totally ignored by BEST BUY's Corporate Office (high up in their ivory tower). We've faxed them constantly, we've screamed at them,we've threatened them, but they just don't give a damn about our family of seven having to spend time and money in the laundromat because they refuse to promptly repair this appliance and exchange this LEMON with a new machine which is still under warranty.Like used car salesmen, once Best Buy has your money, they forget the customer. Hey Best Buy, remember, we're paying your salaries. In my small way I hope to get the word out-BEST BUY LOOKS GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT ONCE YOU BUY, IT'LL BE YOUR WORST BUY CAUSE THEY JUST DON'T CARE. The phone number of BEST BUY'S CORPORATE OFFICE IS 952-947-2000.
