I purchased a 27 inch TV 7 months ago. Now, the picture is split and the red intensity is high. So, I called Panasonic's repair line and they advised me there is still a warranty for parts and that I just need to pay for the labor. That's fine, whatever. So, the rep tells me the closest Panasonic repair service is here in town. So, I give them a call and bring my TV. in. They say," We'll look at it, it will take about 2 weeks." Fine, whatever. One month later, they still have my TV. turns out they lost all of our information, haven't even looked at it. Two weeks later, we give them a call, they say," It's an intermittent problem and we can't recreate the problem." So, they take my $ 30.00 technician fee and give me my TV back. It's still broken and I'm out $30.00...and even more money and time if I have to keep returning to their s#!tty "repair" center. I would advise that NOBODY should consider buying Panasonic products.
