Is this service going to help me lodge a complaint or is it a chat room only? My complaint is that some months ago I purchased some furniture from Pier 1 with a Pier 1 credit card. Before I received the bill I received a coupon from them offering 20% off my next purchase good "At time of next purchase", so when the bill came I deducted 20%, only to have them send me a bill for that 20% plus interest! I even had written them a thank you note for the favor! I actually made the purchase when I paid the bill, of course. I called them to inquire and they said that my purchase didn't qualify, so I paid half of the principal. They are still dunning me for the rest plus interest, some 100$ or more (only some $30 was owed). What can be done? They need to honor their own coupons.
