Asked dealer to do a thorough check-up on my car prior to 36000 miles, paid $70/- for the check up- dealer said no problems, car in good shape. Today(7/5/2000) two months later, went for a oil and service change, dealer came up with repairs and expenses to the tune of $500/-. Question is when i had tried to do some due-diligence and did a complete check-up and also paid for it, why was i not informed. Front person told me that they might have overlooked something?? All I am asking for is either I should get back the $70/- that I paid for the check-up which was not done, or from today's bill be paid back for items which would have been otherwise covered under the 3/36 warranty? I do have all documents if needed. Thanks, Sunil
