Last month I purchased a New Holland 265 garden tractor which is manufactured by Toro and is identical to Toro's 265-6 garden tractor. The deck rattles due to a defective idler bearing and the dealer indicates that all of them do 'that'. I know that John Deere is sensitive to the way a piece of machinery sounds and the affect it has on the operator. No one wants to buy a new $3,500.00 rattle trap. Toro could take a lesson from The Deere company and pay more attention to user details and how much they play into consumer satisfaction.
