RE: Worker's Comp

To whom it may concern, Thanks for listening to my complaint. It seam's that now there is too much apathy out there. Everyday I send my story to someone, an email address, a response. But alas, to no avail. So here goes. It seam's to get filed under ignore. 12 year's ago, I broke my leg on the job. For 11 year's, I fought Worker's Comp trying to get my broken leg fixed. I lost. I was forced to settle my case ( against my will ) or have it dismissed by a judge. During this terrible ordeal, I was nothing but lied to, mis-treated, discriminated against and abused. Then at the end of all that, I was cheated. I was forced to lose everything I had worked for and be made homeless. I was forced to flee to another state where I had a better chance of getting some kind of help. If it wasn't for Social Security Disability Benefit's, I'd be dead right now. That's for sure. There was no possible chance of my getting those benefit's in the state where this accident happened. All this kleptocracy happened in the state of California. Land of the greed and homelessness for the naive. My life has all been completely, thoroughly and deliberately DESTROYED! All because I broke my leg ON THE JOB! It's just too bad that Worker's Comp is a taboo subject. The victim's of this abuse are all ignored by those who count. I know, I'm one of them. I know that nothing will be done about it in my lifetime. I will never see justice. I spend my day's now just counting the day's so I have enough pill's to make it through another day of this god awful pain period. Then it's off to the doctor where I now have to get a level 2 narcotic drug for this pain. Over the year's, that's what I've been graduated to. And it's a pain in the ass. It's also very expensive. I also might want to let you know that the good state of California stole my medical benefit's away from me because my Worker's Comp case settled. Over half my settlement went to paying off debt's accrued from living on nothing. You can't go to a bank when you have no collateral and a bankruptcy. The rest went to updating the place I'm currently living ( existing ) to make it easier for the disabilities I now have, created by the negligence created by the California Worker's Comp process. If you have any question's, Please give me an e-mail at Email User I can and will prove all this stuff. It's just too unbelievable even for me to accept. By the way, I'm 43 year's old. All this started when I just turned 31. Sincerely, Roy Fernstrom
