If I were running a fast food institution, I would be embarassed to be represented by the McDonald's located in Ramsey, NJ. Not only did they get my order wrong on the morning of July 2, 2000, but were uncooperative in correcting it. I only want to be given the food that I order and pay for. The employees there rolled their eyes and made faces when I let them know that I was only given half my order. I asked for three value meals, but was given only one drink, one order of fries and two burgers. The person who took the order incorrectly and missed one entire value meal came to the pick-up window to yell at us. They did not want to give us condiments when we requested them. The errors made were not only by the person taking the order, but also by the person who packed half the order that was on the receipt. I was calm and did not get angry about the errors made until the woman came to the window to yell. The is the worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. Other McDonald's restaurants occassionally forgot parts of my order, but corrected it without taking a fit. Your employees need courses in customer service. Maybe McDonald's has gotten too big to care about their customers. There are other restaurants which still have to try, and care about the business. I refuse to pay and be abused!
