I am regretting for choosing UPS to ship my belongings from Denver,CO to San Francisco,CA. UPS has lost a suitcase of mine in transit. Their tracking system shows that the particular package ( a suitcase ) was on the way from Denver to San Francisco , but it disappeared from their RENO,Nevada centre. I thought they had a sophisticated tracking system but I have learned in a very hard way that their tracking system is nothing but bullshit!! I wonder how a company like UPS is continuing their business with this poor quality of service.The sad part is I had some items in my suitcase which had a great sentimental value to me and they were invaluable to me.
