This agency has been very rude and unprofessional. They would not return phone calls after the initial reservation. When I called to cancel within the 7+ day cancellation period, no record was made in their computer. They only have records after I called back again (b/c I didn't trust them). They are trying to stick me with the entire charge. When I speak to the managers, they always say they will have to call me back and they do not. Do not book with this agency.
