Never let any Rainbow vacuum cleaner salesmen enter your house, they would not leave you alone. It's one of the ever worst mistakes that I've did in my life. An acquaintance of mine recommend my name so that she could have her free kitchenware, and me to suffer with the boring moments with this salesperson. After performing about 1.25 hours of vacuum cleaner demo of the Aqua Mate II by the salesguy named "Mario Diaz" on May 7th, he would not leave my house until I signed something that I am liable for the vacuum cleaner in the amount of $1610. I am so drowsy that I even do not know that I signed something that I can return the product within three days which the state of California allows. They only gave me a copy of the said paper after I complain and want to return the product after 7 days. If I only knew, I could have return it even earlier. It's still sealed in it's container and I don't want to use it, it just remind me of how stupid and I how I've got swindled by them. The manager Ms. Beth Cruz-Picazo would not accept my request for the return. All she wanted is that I pay for the product and my money of course. She's a money alligator. I heard from someone that had worked inside that the actual price of the vacuum cleaner is only $350.00. But they told me that the price is like $2400, but if I give them also four names/referrals, and as long as a demo had been done in their house, I could get a free carpet shampooer. I almost got in that trick, otherwise my other friends will also hate me just like now that I am hating the one who had referred my name. I thought I could help her out, but it seems like that she and the other guy had taken advantage of me. Name of company: Aqua II and their address is in 1315 Sonoma Blvd., Vallejo, California 94590, telephone number 707/553-9697. I am just so stupid. It's been I was robbed with my eyes open.

Beth Picazo is my aunt and she is NOT a money alligator.
You are just a whiny, impatient, cheap person who does not enjoy the convenience of a professional salesperson coming to your home.

It seems that you are just having buyers remorse... You have been foolish as to have lived as long as you have and sully the sales persons name.. You claim to be drowsey as your excuse and then after you had the product that does only what it was claimed to do you blame everyone else again by name calling them crimanal. Yes you are correct you are just stupid and you should keep you mouth in line before it cost you much more in a law suit ... So open your eyes and think about how stupidly you are acting !!!

i there...im portuguese and im making my best efford to work out my written english...i hope that i wont write to many mistakes....so here it goes...rainbow products...manufactured by rexair work as they promisse....have quality...etc....etc....about the price....is just a matter of tring to think about this......does anyone really knows the price factory of an average car?does anyone knows the average price of spoort goods like tennis shoes when they get out of the hands of chinese/vietanamite/korean/etc ?????in average everithing we buy costs only 1/3 of the finall cost.....the rest of the price is marketing....trasnports and so on...we must try to make inteligent comments or critics when we have same sort of desagreavence on something.
Does anyone tells me the real final price(considering search and developmennt)of aids medicines....or cancer treatments......i know....cleaaning the house is not that so vital as aids medicines or cancer treatments but um can put a price tag on real cleanning.....on a real solution to deal with "bed bugs" ...asma problemns.....sleep desoorders that are helped with the rainbow solution???????????....by tha way....hi dont sell rainbow products and i aspecto to buy one as soon as possible.
