Telephone Service - Sprint Wireless misrepresentation of coverage area at military base in New York
Sprint Unconscionable Misrepresentation Sprint From: Wynndi Dahlin Email User Date: Wednesday, January 03, 2001 11:04 PM

Sprint assured my son, who serves in the U.S. military, that he would be able to use his sprint phone at his new base in New York in order to get him to sign the contract.
Sprint knew it would not be able to fulfill its half of the contract but took this military man's money anyway.
They charged him $150 to cancel plus another month of service and then cut off his phone so he couldn't use the other month of service while he was home on leave.
They refused to give me a name or address to lodge a complaint.
Sprint needs to be stopped! (Wynndi) 1-3-01
