Don't put much stock in the Dodge Arbitration Process.
You will be expected to abide by every single rule - but don't expect Daimler/Chrysler to do the same.
I filed an Arbitration Application November 26 - their rules say they will respond within 10 days - there was no response.
I called them December 21 - I was told they had received the Application and would contact me.
January 2, I called them again after no contact and was told that the file had been closed as not fulfilling their requirements for arbitration.
Dodge certainly isn't doing anything different - they are providing the same crummy service most large businesses are today in the U.S.
