RE: GE Washer, 14 months new, is having problems
We purchased a GE dishwasher 14 months ago, and the machine is now having serious problems.
We went to the store where we purchased the product, and they sent us to the manufatuer.
We went to GE, and according to them, the price to come out and repair the machine is more then the cost to purchase a new dishwsher.
After ony 14 months, I do not see how any manufactuer can charge for repairs or not even negotiate with us.
Their customer service reps are pathetic, and are usually rude. I have been a loyal customer of GE, with 95% of my appliances being GE.
Since it is obvious they do not stand behind their product, I am going to replace GE with one of their competitors, whenever possible.
