This is a personal incident that just happened on Friday Jan 12th at 4:32PM.
The bank locked the door as I approached. I have a car loan at this bank and will close all my acounts with them on Tuesday.
I believe that if you are looking for customer service doing what is right then don't use Tech Fed.
I have Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, and they realize that customers should be treated with respect.
Tech Fed will lock the door as you approach the door saying that they are closed.
I have viewed my other bank with other customers feeling that even though they were late, their should be a grace period and they should do the "right thing".
