RE: Merchant accont from BankCard USA (contraced to Leasecomm Corp.)

I leased a merchants account from BankCard USA they contracted Leasecomm corp. and this is what happened:

Since Oct.2000 I have patiently trying to figure out how Leasecomm Corporation could take $451.95 of my money without my permission or me ever seeing it coming.

They were as slick as SNAKES! After repeated calls to Peter Bleyleben, President, I was forced to involve the Attorney Generals Consumer Complaints Dept. in MA, and the MA Better Business Bureau case #55512. Peter Bleyleben refused all of my calls.

He's acting like the cat who swallowed the canary. Instead of being a man and doing good business by trying to fairly resolve my concerns he is hiding behind the skirt of Carol Saubo and has her trying to fast talk me. He had balls enough to build that company my questions is where are they now Peter Bleyleben? He has a closed door policy when it comes to merchants who lease his equipment.

The merchants who you steal from built that company one theft at a time Peter Bleyleben.

I guess that is why you won't speak to this merchant Peter Bleyleben. In April 2000 I signed up for a merchant account with BankCard USA.

It was only suppose to cost $39 per month for processing and equipment leasing. BankCard assigned Leasecomm Corp. as my processing company. BankCard gave Leasecomm my checking information information and access to my account. It was done so SLICKLY, just like SNAKES, that I didn't know. I signed a debit record for $39 to be debited from my account.

This was suppose to "save me" a $5 fee for them having to bill me each month. What this really did was them access to my account to suck all the money out of it under the pretense of "fees". Being a new business I had my account budgeted right down to every dollar needed. Unfortunately, a customer wrote a bad check and I was charge a $25 fee.

There was still the $39 to cover my merchant lease. But they didn't debit $39. They put a debit for $45.95 and called the extra taxes, even though it's not the correct tax amount. Because the $45.95 wasn't there they charged me a $15 fee, not once, but THREE times in the same day, for a total of $45 in "fees" and $45.95 lease = $90.85 in one day!

Is it legal to charge the same fee three times in one day? I'm still looking into this. The next day they did the same thing. Charged me $15 in "fees" THREE times in the same day for another $45.00 in fees alone, added on top of the previous days charges.

Because the money wasn't there now, my bank charged me a $25 fee each time this was done.

When all was said and done I owed Leasecomm $195.95 in fees plus the $45.95 lease (that was suppose to be $39) and my bank $220. I paid it all to protect my credt. My bank closed my account and reported me to checkrite because Leasecomm made it look as though I was writing bad checks.

Now, Leasecomm, Peter Bleyleben, refuses to answers letters from the BBB. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Beware Of LEASECOMM. In my opinion they are SNAKES IN THE GRASS and they way they do business is WHITE COLLAR THEFT!!

Sincerely

Lisa Scott
