RE: Chevy Trucks
I purchased a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 14 mos. ago. The rear window has been replaced "5" times due to an inferior windows.
This ordeal began soon after I made the purchase.
At this time my truck has been damaged every time it went in for service," by the dealer that rendered warranty repairs.
At this time it is going to cost me out of my pocket for the truck to be corrected, Chevrolet has refused to make the repairs because of the Chevy dealers damages.
My truck pours water around the rear window as if it almost didn't even have one. I have had enough of this! The truck was purchased at Baker Chevrolet in Red Springs, N.C.
This has been one more nightmare for me, I don't think anyone should have to go through what I have had on me with this problem.
Please advise me if you can on what I can do about this, I can't take it anymore. They already had to replace the 'headliner" because they ruined the original, now the carpet stays wet,it smells bad.there are broken trim panels scratches in the paint. etc.
NO JOKE this is the truth. My name is Marshall. I will be glad to show anyone this truck.
What can I do? THANK YOU for taking the time to read this.
