I have purchased a Compaq computer from Sears. It qualified for $250 in rebates. I copied the receipts and had three different people from the office watch me mail them in.
Now (after three months and an e-mail that showed my submission had been processed) Compaq says that I did not send them my receipts. I DID!!! Why would they send me a submission processed give them two to four weeks from December 20...if there was a problem.
Someone there has dropped the ball. I feel like I have been taken. I will look for the copies I made and resubmit...like I can expect that they will actually admit receiving them. I thought Compaq was a reputable company in which I could place my trust.
