Baby Items - Strollers - Kolcraft stroller 2 year old stroller has broken numerous times

I have a kolcraft stroller that is 2 years old and it has broken numerous times because the back wheel is always breaking.

THe box has had replacement parts but I can't even get info from kolcraft to order the part or fix it what should I do? Please e-mail me asap.
