Museums, US Holocaust Museum, Washington, DC membership double charged, not able to fix situation so far

In early January, I renewed my membership in this museum for $36 with my

Visa by mail. The museum double billed my Visa so they charged me $36 twice. I have written to them and complained to Visa but no credit for $36 has

appeared on my Visa account.

Please help.
