Online Businesses, Poetry.com ordered book, charged for order, never received book

Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 5, 2001:

hello- i have a complaint that i would like to file.

i ordered a book from the web

page poetry.com and never received or heard from the company again but the

company did indeed charge my credit card they know how to take my money but

dont know how to ship there merchandise and i tryed the company once before

and the same thing happend i gave the company the benefit or doubt they would

change and didnt.

i tryed to reach them via phone and email and no response

all im asking fo is my money back or the poem book i enjoy reading poems the

name of the book is natures echos. if possible can you put in a complaint and

get back to me asap. thank you, Email User
