Software, Internet - Bonzi.com unable to uninstall software

Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 5, 2001:

Please help.

Having trouble trying to find away to uninstall Bonzi homepage.

It is causing all kinds of problems

with my P.C. I have tried contacting NBCi but they completely ignore you.

I think leagal action might be the answer.Their must be law preventing rubbish like this.
