dress shirts, all made in Guatemala, have had the very same problem. The seam between the sleeve and body is darkly stained as if the glue used

inside the seam, had seeped forward. I have noticed several other similar complaints posted at Complaints.com. There is obviously a defect in the shirts. What is the procedure for my customers to follow to be reimbursed for their

Dear Ms. Spann,

We are aware of this problem. If the shirts were purchased at a company

operated retail outlet and are less than a year old, they can be returned

for replacements. If the shirts were purchased at a department store, the

customer should contact Anna Serafin at 800-777-1726, for further

instructions. Generally, the average life span of a dress shirt is 50

commercial launderings. Are these shirts wrinkle free? If so, we

encourage the customer to machine launder at home and use a cool iron for

I purchased a gersy of approx RS 5000 a year back and that has been used just for 2 months but its quality has detoriated like anything. This is was one of the costly purshase I have ever done on one gersy.

This has been a very dis-satisfying purchase for me and I am not able to trace the customer service in India request to pls make some contact arrangement
