I ordered a copy of Video Professor for the internet as a gift for my mother to help her use her new computer.

Video Professor turned out to be an Earthlink demo which installs Earthlink access , email , etc. ; overiding personal settings and automatically beginning a spam campaign . It is useless as a learning tool for anything but a dial-up with Earthlink.

Customer service will not take calls so I cannot even determine how to return it.

It is a total mis-representation and I am very disgusted with Earthlink and this type of marketing as a whole.
