My complaint is with a so called web publisher who accepted by book for publication Oct 1, 2000 and posted it to his web site but since then he has not kept the terms of our written contract and has ignored all but one of my requests for information.
I was due a quarterly report in January and that did not come either. I just sent email and the message bounced. I do not know whether these people owe me royalties on sales because they will not respond.
Can you help?
