My warranty expired on 12/30/2000 but my problems started before that time.
I have received bad information and guidance from the dish network employee's. I have requested that they replace my switch at no charge but I keep getting the corporation answers.
I have already had to have one receiver replaced. How dish network was voted "Best in Customer Service" is way beyond me.
