RE: Gateway computers RIP OFF SCAM

On February 9th I Posted a Complaint on this site About how I ordered a computer from Gateway and they overcharged me.

I ordered the $799.99 computer the one that is still on thier homepage model 733c. Well Gateway Credit sent me a letter today ( I have e-mailed, called sent registered letters etc trying to resolve this. ) The letter they sent me today is from Hurley State Bank P.O. Box 5002 Sioux Falls , SD 57117

The letter States they charged me $1,257.00 for this $799.00 Computer and if I have any more Questions Feel Free to phone them.

I Phoned them and its not really thier problem. My problem is while I have been trying to get this resolved they have added a $59.00 late fee.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER GATEWAY . I HAVE SIGNED NOTHING BUT I AM RESPONSABLE??? I SUPPOSE THE COULD HAVE CHARGED ME ANY AMOUNT THEY WANTED> IS THIS LEGAL????
