Money, mortgages - Household Finance Corp. problems with mortgage

Complaints.com received the following e-message on February 15, 2001:

On may 4 2000 my mortgage was sold to household finance from this date I have had nothing but problems.

First of all when my loan was transferred I did not have a loan set up until august 15 2000 because they had lost my loan during this transition.

I was calling on a daily basis trying to get some answers when really i was dealing with people who were totally clueless when my loan was finally set up i called to inquire about my realestate taxes and I told them numerous times that they were due on the first of august they assured me that they would be paid.

my taxes did not get paid until october and It was only because I had to go to the town hall myself to do there work.Ffinally I received my year end interest statement and I was missing one month worth of interest on It I called household to tell them and they assured me It would be corrected so here I am today feb 15 and have yet to have the matter resolved.

Also we refinanced on the 25th of January and they have yet to pay off our loan which they received the check from our lawyer on the first of feb.
