Date: Sunday, February 11, 2001 09:01 AM Dear Nissan: a consumer posted the following e-message at Complaints.com. At 875 miles the front suspension on my 2001 Xterra completely failed while driving at approximately 40MPH on a country road. How can I feel good about this car going forward much ever trust it for any off road duty.

To bad there is there no 30 day return policy as most businesses offer--this one would go back in a heartbeat. Any feedback or suggestions as to how to handle trhis would be greatly appreciated. It only happen yesterday and no mechanic was a at the dealership to look at it.

They gave me beat Cavalier as a loaner! Many of the customers in the dealership heard my dissatsfaction over this. Thanks,

Joe
