Stores, Wal-mart Magnavox TV broke, couldn't get new one without spending $ 30.00 which consumer didn't do
not happy with Wal-mart TV 'exchange' Philips Magnavox From: Holli Pool Email User Date: Wednesday, January 31, 2001 08:15 AM _____________________ I purchased two 13" magnavox combo tv vcr in July from Wal-mart one of the tv's quit working and I kept my receipt and all the paperwork.
I took the tv back to Wal-Mart and they have another one but with a different serial # that is also $30.00 higher in price. All I wanted to do was an even exchange.
They would not do this because of the price difference. There is absolutely no difference in the tv's. I am very unhappy, for I thought I was buying the best brand I could to begin with.
