_____________________ I’m afraid this letter is going to be a little longer than you can expect.

 

I’ve been fighting with this problem since December and I’m really tired about this situation.

 

I switched to SUPRATELECOM company since December 16th (order # STICVRR28829), they said that in 10 business days max. I became a SUPRATELECOM customer.

 

My intervention with BELLSOUTH was no needed, they did all the paperwork. The first week I started receiving some SUPRA services, like CALLER ID, CALL WAITING.

 

I thought everything was OK and received a bill from BELLSOUTH for $27.97 which I though was the final bill. My surprise was when I received a second bill two weeks ago for $100.67, including all my phone calls to the 305, 786 and 954 area codes numbers. I talked to agent JOEL QUINTANA (SPANISH SERVICE #1) and after he checked with his supervisor he apologize for everything and told me it was a mistake and I didn’t have to pay the bill.

 

He told me that last Monday he called me for let me know that everything is going to be OK.

 

I did not received any call from Mr. Quintana so after a week of patience I called yesterday and I talked to Mrs. MORENO which checked with her supervisor (ESTHER AUER) and she said that all problems would be solved during the day.

 

My big surprise yesterday when I got home is that my phone line is dead and SUPRATELECOM says that I’m still with BELLSOUTH. I work hard every day as any US citizen, so I don’t understand why my problems can’t be solved using a simple telephone call and why after more than a month nobody took care of my case or even worse, why you guys cut my phone line treating me like a person who doesn’t pay his bills.

 

I don’t think it is fair.

I just talked by the phone right now with Mrs. CORREOSO (1/31/01 @ 8:45 AM) who said that her supervisor (MRS HORDAY) have been talking to a SUPRATELECOM representative (JENNY) and finally my order has been transferred to SUPRATELECOM, so now I’m going to pray. As I said I hope I will be contacted today. Thanks for your time, and pls excuse my English errors, I’m learning.

Hipolito Lahens PS. I was using your service for more than a year when I was married (561-2415708) paying all my bills on time and being treated with respect. PS. 9:30AM Now I called SUPRA, they say that I’m still a BELLSOUTH customer, for Christ sake, what’s happening?? !! Help!!
